Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange:
Alt P accepts exchanges exclusively for U.S. domestic orders placed through www.Altp.shop. To be eligible for an exchange, the items you wish to return must meet the following conditions:
- They must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
- They should be free from any signs of wear, stains, makeup, or deodorant.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.
- Items must have their original tags attached and be accompanied by all original packaging.
Please note that all the products on sale are non-exchangeable.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
To start the exchange process, please follow these steps:

Please send us an email at support@altp.com with the word EXCHANGE in the subject line. Please include your full name, order number, and short note with reason for exchange and what size or product you would like in return in the email to receive a shipping label.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the returned item to reach our warehouse and another 3-4 business days for exchange processing.
All returned items are inspected after being received at our warehouse. Alt P reserves the right to refuse an exchange request if it does not comply with our Exchange Policy. If your exchange is refused, you will be notified by email.
Please allow 24-48 hours to receive confirmation of the submission of your return for exchange along with a shipping label to the email address registered with Altp.shop. Please print and attach the return label to a securely closed package (our black mailing bags are resealable!), make sure all original shipping labels are covered, and drop off packages at any USPS drop off location.
Important Notices:
- All exchanges must be completed and shipped within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.
- Alt P cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen return packages during transit. Please retain your return tracking number.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchange requests that do not adhere to our policy. Customers will receive email notifications in such instances.
Exclusion and Refusal of Exchange:
We reserve the right to limit, refuse, and/or cancel exchange requests under certain circumstances:
- Instances of irregular or excessive exchange history, indicative of "wardrobing."
- Irregular or excessive exchange history involving worn, washed, damaged, altered, stained, or missing items.
- Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity.
International Customers:
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges for orders outside the United States of America.
